We ship all orders in neutral packaging for protection. Without opening the package, you don't know what's inside.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your package arrived damaged or incomplete, please proceed as follows:
- Take pictures: Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
- Keep the package: Keep the package and its contents. Both are required in order to be able to make a claim against the shipping company in the event of damage.

When will my order be shipped?
Domestic (Germany):
Normal shipping: As long as the order is received by 4 p.m. , your order will normally be processed the same day . We ship Monday to Saturday.
Express shipping: As long as the order is received by 3:00 p.m. , your order will normally be processed the same day. We ship Monday to Friday.
Orders should be placed on Saturdays always with normal shipping as this will produce the same result.
Abroad:
Normal shipping: As long as the order is received by 3:00 p.m. , your order will normally be processed the same day . We ship Monday to Friday.
